Recently, I've been trying to use very subdued colours so for this daily (and Anime North print), I decided to go for the opposite.

I don't like how this turned out since it looks really fruity but it's a lesson, I suppose.

Guess where these characters appeared (without looking on my Deviantart cough cough).

Been stuck in my secret laboratory attempting to fuse the way I draw people in life (cafes, subways), animation projects, and the way I painted. I felt there was too wide of a gap, especially when I force ideal proportions for my painted figures.

I haven't polished shit in a while. I think it's that time again.

Fanart is harder than I thought. I cannot arbitarily change the character to make a composition work better; I have to work with it. Of course, the hardest part of this one was telling my mom why I was zoomed in on a pair of painted breasts...
